The treatment can be made by tools manual, automated, computer scientists, electronic acts to manage, memorize and transmit the data and however suitable to guarantee the security and the privacy. Categories of subjects to such as the data can be communicated.

- subjects to which the faculty to access the data is garanted by law dispositions or regulation
